ASM位置傳感器產(chǎn)品分類及工作原理
美國ASM位置傳感器用來測量機(jī)器人自身位置的傳感器。位置傳感器可分為兩種,直線位移傳感器和角位移傳感器。其中直線位移傳感器常用的有直線位移定位器等,具有工作原理簡單、測量精度高、可靠性強(qiáng)的特點;角位移傳感器則可選旋轉(zhuǎn)式電位器,具有可靠性高、成本低的優(yōu)點。角位移器還可使用光電編碼器,有增量式與式兩種形式。其中增量式碼盤在機(jī)器人控制系統(tǒng)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
美國ASM位置傳感器工作原理
信號盤安裝在發(fā)光二極管(LED)與光敏晶體管(或光敏二極管)之間。當(dāng)信號盤上的透光孔旋轉(zhuǎn)到LED與光敏晶體管之間時,LED發(fā)出的光線就會照射到光敏晶體管上,此時光敏晶體管導(dǎo)通,其集電極輸出低電平(0.1~O.3V);當(dāng)信號盤上的遮光部分旋轉(zhuǎn)到LED與光敏晶體管之間時,LED發(fā)出的光線就不能照射到光敏晶體管上,此時光敏晶體管截止,其集電極輸出高電平(4.8~5.2V)。
如果信號盤連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn),透光孔和遮光部分就會交替地轉(zhuǎn)過LED而透光或遮光,光敏晶體管集電極就會交替地輸出高電平和低電平。當(dāng)傳感器軸隨曲軸和配氣凸輪軸轉(zhuǎn)動時,信號盤上的透光孔和遮光部分便從LED與光敏晶體管之間轉(zhuǎn)過,LED發(fā)出的光線受信號盤透光和遮光作用就會交替照射到信號發(fā)生器的光敏晶體管上,信號傳感器中就會產(chǎn)生與曲軸位置和凸輪軸位置對應(yīng)的脈沖信號。
