ELTRA編碼器產(chǎn)品分類及應(yīng)用

旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器是一種結(jié)合光學(xué)、電子、機(jī)械技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品。它用來反饋旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的位置和速度。
增量旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器的定義源自于其工作原理：它能檢測從參考點(diǎn)實(shí)際點(diǎn)的增加量，和旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。增量編碼器可通過內(nèi)部的輸出電路輸出的脈沖信號感知旋轉(zhuǎn)的角度、角速度、角加速度。但是，每次開機(jī)需要恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)零位。
Eltra易爾創(chuàng)編碼器在定位方面明顯地優(yōu)于增量式編碼器，已經(jīng)越來越多地應(yīng)用于工控定位中。型編碼器因其高精度，輸出位數(shù)較多，如仍用并行輸出，其每一位輸出信號必須確保連接很好，對于較復(fù)雜工況還要隔離，連接電纜芯數(shù)多，由此帶來諸多不便和降低可靠性，因此，編碼器在多位數(shù)輸出型，一般均選用串行輸出或總線型輸出，德國生產(chǎn)的型編碼器串行輸出zui常用的是SSI（同步串行輸出）。
多圈式編碼器。編碼器生產(chǎn)廠家運(yùn)用鐘表齒輪機(jī)械的原理，當(dāng)中心碼盤旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，通過齒輪傳動(dòng)另一組碼盤（或多組齒輪，多組碼盤），在單圈編碼的基礎(chǔ)上再增加圈數(shù)的編碼，以擴(kuò)大編碼器的測量范圍，這樣的編碼器就稱為多圈式編碼器，它同樣是由機(jī)械位置確定編碼，每個(gè)位置編碼*不重復(fù)，而無需記憶。多圈編碼器另一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是由于測量范圍大，實(shí)際使用往往富裕較多，這樣在安裝時(shí)不必要費(fèi)勁找零點(diǎn)，將某一中間位置作為起始點(diǎn)就可以了，而大大簡化了安裝調(diào)試難度。多圈式編碼器在長度定位方面的優(yōu)勢明顯，已經(jīng)越來越多地應(yīng)用于工控定位中。
